Autumn has been interested in mental health and its impact on physical well-being for many years, working as an RN in multiple health settings over the years including the hospital, Corrections, and care centers. She is currently pursuing her master degree from Maryville University and is practicing under the supervision of Satu Woodland providing medication management services with brief psychotherapy services.
Autumn is a strong believer of a integrative/ holistic approach to healthcare by addressing multiple factors related to mental health that include lifestyle, environment, and relationships. Autumn seeks to help relieve suffering and empower individuals who experience mental health concerns that include bipolar disorder, anxiety, depression, PTSD and OCD.
Autumn loves staying active by participating in country dancing, hiking mountains, and High Fitness. She also loves spoiling her new baby nephews and taking road trips to visit family.
