We require payment for your portion at the time of service.
If you are paying cash, our fees vary between $150 and $350 depending on nature of service and time required. Cash or checks are accepted at the office. You may also pay by Visa, Mastercard or American Express.
If you have insurance, please check your coverage before coming to see us, since coverage rates will vary from plan to plan. Once you understand your specific benefits and coverage we can estimate your copay and set up your first appointment.
We take many insurances and will bill them directly for you. Check with your plan directly to find out actual coverage prior to visit as coverage will vary. Some insurances we are in network with are:
- Blue Cross of Idaho
- Regence Blue Shield (we accept almost all Blues)
- (Almost all Blues)
- Select Health (some plans)
- Pacific Source
We no longer take United Behavioral Health, nor do we accept Medicaid. If you have Medicaid, it is not legal to pay us cash. You must see a provider who is credentialed with Medicaid.
If you cannot make your scheduled appointment, you must notify us at least 48 hours (two full business days) in advance.
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment (except in cases of your illness or medical emergency), we charge a no-show fee of $100.
Sometimes we may allow a phone appointment in lieu of office visit.
